Departure from Reykjavík to one of the most beautiful and best loved hiking areas in Iceland, Fjallabak "behind the mountains".On this tour you will experience unique landscapes surrounded by glaciers, geothermal fields and vast deserts.

We will be fording glacier rivers, taking you to the most diverse and impressive nature route you can find in Iceland. This area is a paradise for photographers and nature lovers. More than half of the tour we will be traveling on rough mountain tracks which are only accessible to modified 4x4 trucks, with driver guides who know the area very well.
